背中の白斑が特徴

英名でSpotted Wood Owlと言いますが、背中の白斑(spot)が由来になっているようです。

Note

フクロウのいる都市公園。アリがたくさんいて噛まれると痛いです！車に戻る前に体を払ったはずですが、車の中にも数匹侵入していました(^o^;)
